I expected to get some real info on this app. Its nothing i didnt already know and nothing that isnt readily available on line. Theres a link to an "e book" that is the same. Garbage basic info. DONT BUY THIS APP. Total rip off.

Again not helpful at all information only about Heart healthy diet, most of info on line for free. Rip Off
